Team up with Chef Andrew to design a menu for your event. Once the menu is finalized, Chef Andrew will shop and seek out the freshest, seasonal, local ingredients available and deliver them to your venue. He will then setup, prepare, cook, execute, and clean up while you get to enjoy your time outside of the kitchen.

Team up with Chef Andrew for a unique culinary experience.

Enjoy your meal plated for a small up charge with sufficient workspace, and staffing available.

How Our Personal Chef Services Works

1. Menu

Begin selecting the package and dishes you want featured on your menu. Submit your menu selections, dietary restrictions, and event details.

2. Book

Complete your event forms, plan your event details with Chef Andrew, and submit the deposit to book your event.

3. Done

You can now leave the rest up to The Mindful Chef. Chef Andrew will handle all food preparations while you spend your time out of the kitchen. 

Event Services & Rates


All rates are based on menu selections, service package, guest count, location, and date.


All rates include:

Event Planning, Menu Construction, Groceries, Food Shopping, Staffing, Travel, Event Execution, Cleaning, & More.


All rates DO  NOT include:

Tax or Gratuity

(gratuity is optional, however always appreciated for a job well done)


Retainers & Deposits (Terms Apply):

Booking Retainer - $200 to reserve your event date while booking (non refundable)

Event Deposit - 50% of estimated total cost (includes Booking Retainer) and is required to finalize booking your event.


Event Minimums:

All events require a minimum charge of $1000

All events outside of South Lake Tahoe start at $1200


The Mindful Chef Accepts Zelle & Venmo. Credit card payments may be arranged.
