Please allow me to introduce myself…


My name is Andrew and I am 100% a California kid. From the Northern California coast to the Sierra Mountains, and everything in between. I am blessed to live in a place so abundant, beautiful, progressive, mindful, diverse, and expansive. It is these gifts that have shaped me into who I am today.


I have been working in the food industry over the past 23 years, 18 of which cooking professionally. I have had the honor of working with some incredibly talented people who have helped me become the chef that I am today.


In addition to my love for cooking, I have many hobbies and passions, most of which are very active and physically demanding. This active lifestyle has led me down the path of nutrition and the role of a healthy diet. Food to nourish and thrive, food with a purpose.


Over the course of my life, my diet and lifestyle has been evolving, both gradual and substantial changes over many years. The food I enjoy the most is food that has been sourced locally, responsibly, sustainably, and made with LOVE. I am MINDFUL about the food that I cook and the food that I eat, I want to share this with you.


Today marks the beginning of a new chapter. I embark on a quest to teach, learn, trade knowledge, and dive deeper into my passion for food. My mission is to meet the farmers and curators, connect with our food and the land, gain more knowledge and wisdom. and cook some great food along the way.
